Homework Happenings for Monday, April 23rd

We are finishing up our end of the year MAPs testing this week. Monday, we will take the reading test and Thursday, the math test.

Because we are finished with our reading series, we will not have any spelling lists this week. I will be reviewing various spelling skills in review worksheets in class. There will be no spelling test this week.

We are giving the students "free choice" in their AR reading this week. I will be pulling out the old McGraw-Hill reading textbooks for the students to locate a story of their own choosing to read both at school and at home. They will be responsible for completing the review questions at the end of the story and taking the AR test sometime during the week. Your child will write the title on their reading log for you to sign off on for Tuesday night's homework.
