THursday, May 15

K-Prep Testing is over! Yeah!!! You would be soooo proud of your children. They worked hard and stayed with the program all week. That is why we are celebrating tomorrow with "Dress Like Rock Star" Day! Your child may wear anything (must be appropriate) that would say "ROck Star" i.e. favorite rock t shirt, spiked hair, jewelry, black clothing, hat gear. We will be celebrating with a special assembly in the afternoon. Tonight, your child may have some homework. They should be finished with their Magic Tree House Book Study. If not, they will be bringing home the book to finish reading. Tomorrow, they will finish up their folders and take the AR test. We will put finishing touches on their project they will be presenting next week. We have discussed lots of good ideas, and have plenty of supplies for them to use (poster board, construction paper, cardstock paper, markers, colors, etc).

They have some activity sheet to complete about their book. Last, they will be presenting a project of their choosing about the book to the class. YOu will see more about this next week.**
